The Department of Criminal Justice Information Services of the Massachusetts Executive
Office of Public Safety and Security is ORDERED to provide to Plaintiff's counsel, James T.
Sullivan, Law Offices of John C. Manoog, Ill, of 450 South Street Hyannis, Massachusetts,
02601, the complete CORI Sf the said DAVID L. THRIFT, Massachusetts Offender I.D.
Number: W101429, currently incarcerated at MCI-Gardner, within thirty (30) days of receipt of
this Order.

Plaintiff shall be responsible for payment of any fees or expenses of the Department in
producing the said CORI.
