PLAINTIFFS’ OPPOSITON TO THE DEFENDANTS’ MOTION FOR A DIRECTED
VERDICT

Now comes the Plaintiffs, Rick Yatsenick and Joal Yatsenick, in the above captioned action
and respectfully submits their opposition to the Defendants’ motion for a directed verdict. In
support thereof, the Plaintiffs state the following:

A. ATTORNEY CURLEY’S REPRESENTATIONS TO THE PLAINTIFFS ONLY

STRENGHENED THE PLAINTIFFS’ RELIANCE ON THE DEFENDANTS’
INTENTIONAL MISREPRESENTATIONS.

The Defendants advance the theory that because the Plaintiffs conducted an independent
investigation by hiring an attorney to represent them at the closing, t…
