NOW COMES the law firm of Moriarty Troyer & Malloy LLC (“MTM”), pursuant to
Rule 11(c) of the Massachusetts Rules of Civil Procedure, and hereby requests leave of court to
withdraw its appearance as co-counsel for the Plaintiffs, Rick Yatsenick and Joal Yatsenick
