COMES NOW DEFENDANT, United Automobile Insurance Company, by and through its
undersigned counsel, pursuant to Florida Rule of Civil Procedure 1.140(e) and (f) and files herewith
its Motion to Strike or for More Definite Statement regarding Count II of the Complaint and in
support thereof states:

1. This is an action for personal injury protection (“PIP”) benefits under Florida’s Motor Vehicle No-
Fault law pursuant to Florida Statute § 627.736.

2. The Complaint states that the Defendant, United Automobile Insurance Company issued an
