And now comes the plaintiff Hingham Institution for Savings one of the plaintiffs pursuant
to an Act of the 108 Congress of the United States known as the Servicemembers Civil Relief
Act, and makes affidavit that: Corinne Planche and Patrick Planche, Trustees of the Kite Hill
Three Realty Trust, u/d/t dated April 19, 2011.

None of the defendant(s)

 

Are in the military service; and as to any other person who may have an interest in the land
described are in this case I am unable to determine whether or not they are in the military service
