DEFENDANT DANIEL GEER’S MOTION IN LIMINE TO REQUIRE DORIS GEER
TO BRING HER TAX RETURNS TO TRIAL
Now comes Daniel Geer, defendant in this case, and hereby moves to require Doris Geer
to bring her tax returns with her to trial. As reasons therefor, Daniel claims that these documents
are relevant to the issues raised at trial, namely:
1. Did Doris declare the rental income and expenses on her returns?
2. Did Doris use her own funds to pay for building expenses?
3. Did Doris make such a small income that she needed to steal the rental income in order to pay
her expenses?
