Plaintiff, ROSA RODRIGUEZ, through undersigned counsel, sues Defendant, THE TJX
COMPANIES, INC. and alleges as follows:

1. This is an action for damages in excess of fifteen thousand dollars ($15,000.00).

2. At all times material hereto, the Defendant is a foreign corporation authorized to do

and transact business in Miami-Dade County, Florida.

3. At all times material hereto, the Plaintiff is a resident of Miami-Dade County,

Florida and is otherwise sui juris.

4. At all times material hereto Defendant, THE TJX COMPANIES, INC., a foreign
corporation, was authorized to do business in the State of Florida and doing business in Miami-
Dade County, Florida.
