1, DePau instituted this litigation last fall primarily to recover money he lent to
Defendants Michael Stern (“Stern”) and his ex-wife Layne Harris f/k/a Layne Harris Stern
(“Harris”)
2 Earlier this year, a Final Judgment of Foreclosure (“Final Judgment”) was entered
against Stern. Pursuant to the Final Judgment, Stern’s tenancy-in-common interest in property
