PETITION FOR WRIT OF CERTIORARI
Costa Hollywood Condominium Association, Inc., (“CHC”) hereby requests
that this Court issue a writ or certiorari quashing the decision of Arbitrator Keith E.
Hope that CHC’s motion for rehearing directed to the arbitrator’s earlier final order
dismissing the mandatory non-binding arbitration proceeding below was not timely
filed by CHC.

The arbitration was proceeding under the auspices of the Condominium
