COMPLAINT FOR DAMAGES

COME NOW, the Plaintiffs, ERIC DEININGER and MARIE DEININGER
(hereinafter “Defendants”), by and through their undersigned counsel and sue the
Defendant, GULFSTREAM PROPERTY & CASUALTY INSURANCE COMPANY, a
Florida Corporation, (hereinafter “GULFSTREAM"”), and state the following as grounds:

GENERAL ALLEGATIONS

1. This is an action for Breach of an Insurance Contract and for damages
which is more than $30,000.00, exclusive of interest, attorney’s fees and costs.

2. The Plaintiffs, ERIC DEININGER and MARIE DEININGER, are the owners
