PLAINTIFF'S MOTION FOR CONTINUING

JUDGMENT OF GARNISHMENT FOR WAGES

Plaintiff, Dodge Enterprises, Inc. assignee of Chase Bank USA, N.A., by and
through its undersigned counsel, and pursuant to Section 77.0305, Florida Statutes,
moves this Honorable Court for issuance of a Continuing Judgment of Wage

Garnishment, and as grounds therefore alleges as follows:

1. That pursuant to that Final Judgment that the plaintiff previously recovered
against the defendant in this cause, a Continuing Writ of Garnishment has now been
issued and served upon the Garnishee. The said Garnishee has now responded to the
