BE IT REMEMBERED that on this day came on to be heard the above-entitled and
numbered cause, wherein Brightwater Homeowners Association is Plaintiff Omotayo J. Lawal is
Defendant. Plaintiff appeared by its attorney of record and announced ready for trial. Defendant,
Omotayo J. Lawal, although having been duly and legally cited to appear and answer herein, failed
to appear and answer and wholly made default.

Citation was served according to law and returned to the Clerk where it remained on file for
the time required by law.

The Court has read the papers and the pleadings on file and is of the opinion that the
