COMES NOW, THOMAS L. AVRUTIS, ESQUIRE, and does swear and attest to

the following:

lL. I, THOMAS L. AVRUTIS, ESQUIRE, am over the age of 18 and represent,
TD AUTO FINANCE, LLC in this action against Defendant, MARIE G HERARD.

2. I deny and object to the Claim of Exemption filed by the Defendant,
MARIE G HERARD dated on or about June 10 2019, and received by the
undersigned on June 14% 2019.

3. I deny the Defendants’ allegation that the Defendant is exempt from
garnishment and further requests a hearing to determine if the Defendant is the head

of a family /household.
