THIS CAUSE, having come before the Court upon the Stipulation for
Settlement of Garnishment, and the Court, having reviewed the Court file, and
being otherwise fully advised in the premises, IT IS HEREBY

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED:
1. That Garnishee, Sunrise Police Department shall retain $100.00 per

pay period of Defendant Faith E. Hevlow’s disposable earnings and forward
