Probable cause exists to maintain this action. 2. Petitioner shall serve Claimants, Celestina Douglas and Jennifer N. Rodriquez with the Complaint/Petition for Judgment of Forfeiture and Claimants have 20 calendar days from the date of service to file a responsive pleading and affirmative defenses to said Complaint. 3.
