ORDER FINDING PROBABLE CAUSE

THIS CAUSE came before me this L day of Lb , 2007 on the

issue Of the existence of probable cause to maintain this forfeiture action, and upon review of the

Verified Complaint, this Court finds:

1. Probable cause exists to maintain this action.

2. Petitioner shall serve Claimants, Celestina Douglas and Jennifer N. Rodriquez
with the Complaint/Petition for Judgment of Forfeiture and Claimants have 20 calendar
days from the date of service to file a responsive pleading and affirmative defenses to
said Complaint.

3. Failure to file and serve upon Petitioner’s attorney a responsive pleading and
affirmative defenses within the aforementioned 20 days may result in the entry of a
Default and Final Judgment of Forfeiture.
