COME NOW Plaintiffs, ARMSTRONG BRUNACHE AND NATALIE BRUNACHE,

by and through the undersigned attorneys, who hereby move this Honorable Court for entry of an

Order recusing or disqualifying the Honorable Donald W. Hafele pursuant to Fla. R. Civ. P. And

other Florida law. As grounds therefore, Plaintiffs would state:
