MOTION TO CANCEL FORECLOSURE SALE

 

Plaintiff, PHH Mortgage Corporation, moves this Honorable Court for an Order
canceling the Clerk's Sale scheduled in the above-referenced cause and in support thereof, would
state as follows:

1. The Final Judgment of Foreclosure was entered on December 3, 2012 in favor of Plaintiff
and Clerk's sale is scheduled to take place on October 31, 2013.
2. Plaintiff has requested a cancellation of the sale to allow its loss mitigation department to
continue to negotiate a short sale with the mortgagors.
