THIS CAUSE came before the court on Michelle Kay Lawrence and Blue Skye
Asset Management, Inc.’s, “Defendants’ Motion to Dismiss and/or Motion to Compel
Arbitration and to Abate,” filed on September 9, 2013. A hearing was held on the
motions on January 6, 2014, and after having reviewed the motions, the court file,
