Come now Plaintiff Jennifer Lynn Behm, individually, and files this First Amended
Original Petition, Request for Declaratory Relief, and moves for an Order under Tex. Civ. Prac.

& Rem. Code Ann. § 51.014(d) allowing an interlocutory appeal of the denial of Plaintiff's

motion to enforce an agreement against Defendant, Texas Physician Assistant Board and alleges
