EVAN B. PLOTKA, P.L., counsel for the Defendant, WAGNO BORGES, moves the Court

for an order permitting it to withdraw as counsel of record and as grounds therefor would state as

follows:

1. Irreconcilable differences have arisen between counsel and the client making future

representation untenable.

2. Florida law requires that an attorney discontinue in the service of a client under these

circumstances.

3. Based on the foregoing, undersigned counsel moves this Court for permission to

withdraw as Defendant's counsel in this matter. Defendant's address is set forth in the service list

attached hereto.
