THIS CAUSE having come before the Court on the agreement of the parties to
Continue the Trial, and this Court being advised in the premises, it is thereupon:

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:

1. The Jury Trial is continued from the three-week trial calendar commencing
April 3, 2017 to the trial calendar commencing September 18, 2017.

2. That the Call of the Calendar and Pre-Trial Conference shall be continued to
September 8, 2017 at 9:30am in Courtroom 16155 at Broward County Courthouse, 201 SE
6" Street, Ft. Lauderdale, Florida.

3. The pretrial deadlines and obligations of the parties pursuant to the Order for
Pre-Trial Conference and Calendar Call entered by this Court on February 26, 2016 are
