JANETTE L. DAVIS

COMES NOW, Defendants WOLFPAKK, LLC, et al, by and through undersigned
counsel, files this Ex-Parte Motion for Rule to Show Cause Against Janette L. Davis and in
support therefore states as follows:

1. On March 5, 2018, Janette L. Davis was personally served with a Subpoena and
Notice of Deposition Duces Tecum to appear at the law offices of Friedland & Associates on
March 15, 2018. See attached Exhibit A. On same day, Janette L. Davis telephone counsel for
Plaintiffs office to reschedule her deposition on a date convenient for her, to wit: March 21,
2018. Based on Janette L. Davis’ request, an amended noticed was filed. See attached Exhibit
B.
