undersigned counsel, hereby serve their Response to Plaintiff, YARIV ALIMA’s Motion for
Reconsideration and/or Rehearing filed July 3, 2018 (“Plaintiff's Motion”), and state:

Member Defendants’ counterclaims were founded upon an oral agreement that was barred by the
