the Court having reviewed the record and being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is
hereby:

ORDERED and ADJUDGED that the law firm of Krinzman Huss Lubetsky Feldman &
Hotte, LLP, shall be substituted as counsel for Defendants/Counter Plaintiffs/Third-Party
