tenus motion to compel mediation, and the Court having heard argument of counsel, having
reviewed the record and being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is hereby:
ORDERED and ADJUDGED as follows:
1. Pursuant to Section 44.102, Florida Statutes, and Florida Rule of Civil
Procedure 1.700 et seq., Plaintiff, WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE,
