The Defendants STEPHEN ROBERT MOSLER AND A FAMILY LIMOUSINE, INC., by and
through their undersigned counsel, file this Motion for Summary Judgment and as grounds would state as
follows:

1. Plaintiff claims subrogation rights stemming from an automobile accident, claiming to have
incurred property damage expenses as a result of the negligence of the Defendants.

2. Plaintiffs claim only has merit if the Defendants were negligent.

3. There is no evidence (other than hearsay) to support Plaintiff's claim.

4. Defendant STEPHEN ROBERT MOSLER was not negligent in driving the subject vehicle, and
as such, Defendant A…
