Defendant, Midtown Imaging, LLC (“MTI”), by and through undersigned counsel and
pursuant to Florida Rule of Civil Procedure 1.370, hereby responds to Plaintiff's First Set of

Request for Admissions Directed to Defendants.

1. Admit that Wojcicki and Cohen each received compensation checks from AIA of
$50,000 or more for services performed in December 2007.

RESPONSE: MTI does not have sufficient knowledge to admit or deny this allegation;
