IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED AND AGREED, by and between the undersigned, the
attorneys of record to the above entitled action, that:

1 Parties shall respond to outstanding discovery demands by June 15, 2015.

2. Plaintiff shall appear for a deposition on or before August 31, 2015.

3. Defendant shall appear for a deposition on or before September 15, 2015.

4. Defendant may designate physician(s) for an independent medical examination of
plaintiff within 30 days from the date of plaintiffs deposition.

5. Defendant shall exchange IME report within 60 days from the date(s) of the
