WHEREAS, Plaintiffs, the People of the State of New York by Attorney General Eric T.
Schneiderman (“Attorney General”) and Superintendent of Financial Services of the State of
New York, formerly Benjamin M. Lawsky and now Maria T. Vullo (“Superintendent”), and
Defendant Lyft, Inc. (“Lyft”) entered into a Consent Order and Judgment to resolve alleged
