                       DEFENDANTS’ BRIEF REGARDING DAMAGES

        Pursuant to the Court’s Order at Entry No.122.01, Defendants, EDGAR QUILLI and

PABLO PAUTA, hereby submit their brief regarding the damages in this case. As demonstrated

below, this Court can only award Plaintiff nominal damages.


Relevant Trial Facts

        Plaintiff filed suit against Defendants on August 16, 2021, alleging in one count that

Defendants breached a contract to construct and install cabinets on approximately March 14,

2015.    (Complaint.) This action was tried before the Court on September 26, 2023, and

concluded in one day. Mr. Palkimas and Mr. Quilli testified, and both parties submitted exhibits.
