       MOTION FOR APPOINTMENT OF SPECIAL PROCESS SERVER
       Pursuant to Missouri Rules of Civil Procedure, the Plaintiff, Robbin Stegall,

individually and in a representative capacity for decedent, Eva Hahn, by and through her

undersigned attorneys, and hereby moves that McDowell & Associates be appointed special

process server for the purpose of serving the Defendants Potosi Manor, Inc. d/b/a Potosi

Manor and James C. Lincoln, in the above cause.
