      1. At all times hereinafter mentioned, the Plaintiff, GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEES’         INSURANCE

COMPANY, (hereinafter referred to as “GEICO") was a foreign corporation authorized to issue

automobile insurance policies in the State of Connecticut.

      2. At all times hereinafter mentioned, the Plaintiff, GEICO issued an insurance policy to FLORES

BARRAGAN hereinafter referred to as the “Subrogor”) which obligated the Plaintiff to pay for damages

sustained to the Subrogor as the result of a motor vehicle collision.
