FIRST COUNT: (Daniel Hern v. Joyce Long - Negligence)

       1.     On September    15, 2023,   at approximately   7:21 p.m., the plaintiff,


Daniel Hern, was the operator of a motorcycle that was traveling east on East

Elm Street through its intersection with Grove Street, both public streets or

highways in Torrington, Connecticut.

       2      At   the same time and place, the defendant, Joyce Long, was the


operator of a motor vehicle owned by Abdurrahman Bilal that was traveling north


on Grove Street and had reached its intersection with East Elm Street.
