        After hearing with notice, it is hereby ordered as follows:

 That Schneider Electric Systems USA, Inc., its agents, administrators, officers, directors,
 attorneys, accountants, assigns or any other third party acting on its behalf are enjoined from
 selling, transferring, disbursing, alienating or encumbering any funds in the 401(k) account
 originally established in the name of Darlene E. Casher and transferred to Theodore P. Casher
 after Darlene’s death, identified as Participant No. 258686…
