        Now come Defendants William and Alice Clayton and file this notice of interlocutory

appeal per Tex. Civ. Prac. & Rem. Code Ann. § 51.014(4) and give notice to this Court of their

desire to appeal the following:

        The Trial Court’s failure to rule on “Defendants Motion to Compel Arbitration” of which

        the court refused to rule on January 12, 2024.
