      Re: Katie Francisco and James Francisco v. Darrin Perrotte et. al.

Dear Judge Lawliss:

Following the conference with the Court in the above matter, I have further considered
the Court’s directive that I send correspondence to my client and provide copies of the
same to the Court and opposing counsel. I believe that such course of action would
amount to a breach of Mr. Perrotte’s attorney-client privilege.

I understand that because Mr. Perrotte was not in attendance at the Preliminary
Conference in the above matter, the Court directed me to advise Mr. Perrotte in writing
that:

          IN ADDITION TO MONIES ALREADY BILLED TO MR.
          PERROTTE FOR MY REPRESENTATION OF HIM IN
          THIS MATTER, MY CONTINUED REPRESENTATION
          OF MR. PERROTTE FROM THROUGH THE
          CONCLUSION OF A TRIAL MAY COST $4,000 - $5,000.
