COMES NOW, Plaintiff, Wells Fargo Bank, NA. as Trustee for the Certificateholders of
Banc of America Funding Corporation, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2005-B
("Wells Fargo"), by and through undersigned counsel, and hereby requests this Honorable Court
enter an Order shortening the length of time allowed for Defendants, Peter and Karen Melotti
