       The parties conferred on Thursday Oct 5. It was brief. Defense counsel advised that XP is
unwilling to pay for counsel’s IT to search the laptop-mirror (or “image of the laptop”) using our
agreed upon protocol—although, presumably, XP would be willing to pay defense counsel’s IT to
