         On           August   12, 2022              the Court considered the Motion for Severance of

Nancy Perez.

         IT IS ORDERED          that the cause of action asserted by Nancy         Perez,   Petitioner,   and

Gerardo Baltierra, Respondent, relating to Naydean Perez is severed from this action and made

the subject of a separate action, to proceed as such to final judgment or other disposition in this

Court.
