General correspondence regarding Joint Status Report. Pursuant to the recommendation of the Court, the parties submitted this case to a mediation session, which occurred on January 20, 2022. The parties were not able to resolve this case at that time. Thereafter, Edick ceased operations of Sandy's Towing, Inc. and initiated proceedings to liquidate its assets and wind up its affairs. That liquidation process is ongoing. The parties are engaged in discovery as to the claims set forth in the complaint. The parties jointly request the Court schedule a Status review Conference in September 2022 (rec'd 5/20/22)
