Upon review of the petition and all submitted exhibits, the Court issues the following orders:

Salvatore Colera (born March 11, 1880 in Polizzi Generosa, Italy) and Samuel Colera,
are in fact, one and the same person. He is Petitioner’s deceased great grandfather;

. Michele Colera (born August 1, 1914 in Falconer, New York) and Michael P. Colera, and
Michael Paul Colera are, in fact, one and the same person. He is Petitioner’s deceased
grandfather; and

Danielle Antoinette Nadege Freeman and Danielle Antoinette Freeman (born April 6,
1946 in France) are, in fact, one and …
