1. Affiant is a practicing attorney and a member of the Florida Bar.

2. Affiant’s professional practice includes suits similar to the case at bar. Affiant is
familiar with the customary attorney's fees charged by attorneys and awarded by the Court for
attorneys’ fees in mortgage foreclosure actions.

3. Affiant has examined the time records of the Hendry Law Firm, P.A., with respect to
