THIS CAUSE came on to be heard before me upon the Joint Stipulation for Substitution
of Counsel, and the Court having reviewed the Joint Stipulation and being otherwise fully
advised in the premises, it is:

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Joint Stipulation for Substitution of Counsel be
and the same is ratified, approved and confirmed. The law firm of Roetzel & Andress, LPA is
substituted as counsel of record for Plaintiff, National Credit Union Administration in its
capacity as Liquidating Agent for Huron River Area Credit Union (“NCUA”) in place and
instead of the Hendry Law Firm, P.A. The Hendry Law Firm, P.A. shall have no further

responsibility in this matter.
