Defendant, Alma Teti, moves pursuant to Rule 1.510, Florida Rules of Civil Procedure
for final summary judgment as to Count 1 against Velta Hanson on the grounds that the
pleadings, depositions, and affidavits on file show that there is no genuine issue as to any
material fact and that Alma Teti is entitled to judgment as a matter of law. In support of this
