COME NOW the Defendants, HOLLY JANE BUTLER and RACHEL BETH OFFUTT, by and
through their undersigned counsel, and, pursuant to the applicable Florida Rules of Civil Procedure and
the Florida Evidence Code, Florida Statutes, Chapter 90, hereby move this Honorable Court for an Order
in Limine, prior to commencement of voir dire examination of the jury panel, providing that counsel for
