MOTION TO CANCEL AND RESCHEDULE FORECLOSURE SALE
Plaintiff moves to cancel and reschedule the mortgage foreclosure sale because:
1. The Final Judgment of Foreclosure was entered on November 12, 2013, in favor of
Plaintiff.
2. The foreclosure sale is scheduled to take place on December 9, 2013.
3. The foreclosure sale needs to be canceled for the following reason(s):

a) Plaintiff and Defendant are continuing to be involved in loss mitigation;

b) Defendant is negotiating for the sale of the property…
