Plaintiffs’ Answer to Defendants’
Counterclaim
states as follows;

Now comes the Plaintiff in this matter and for his answer to Defendant’s Counterclaim

The defendant, Kaye Johnson was notified by mail that her deposit was applied towards
unpaid rent and damages to the apartment.

This was itemized and mailed to the defendant who failed at the time she vacated to
provide the plaintiff with a forwarding address as required by law,

Wherefore , plaintiff James Carter requests that the Court continue with the proceeding
which has been set for trial at which time all matters can be determined as to any claims or
allegation made by the defendant.

A copy of this answer was served upon the defendants attorney of record by regular U.S.
