PLAINTIFF’S MOTION FOR ENTRY OF JUDGMENT
FOR MONETARY DAMAGES BASED UPON DEFICIENCY

Plaintiff, IronStone Bank (“IronStone”), moves for entry of final judgment for
monetary damages in the amount of the deficiency upon the promissory note against
defendant C. Lane Wood (“Defendant”) and asserts:

1. This is an action against Defendant upon a promissory note and to
foreclose a mortgage encumbering real property located in Lee County, Florida.

2. On April 6, 2010, the court entered a final judgment of foreclosure
adjudging liability to IronStone for $551,818.79, with interest accruing thereafter by law
at the rate of 6% per annum.

3. A third party purchased the property at the foreclosure sale on May 3,
2010 and plaintiff elects to seek a judgment for monetary damages…
