This matter came on for hearing before the Magistrate on the 30" day
of July, 2012 on the Complaint for Divorce. Plaintiff was present and was
represented by Attorney Lon Vinion. Defendant was present and was represented
by Attorney John Johnson, Jr. The matter was submitted on an agreed basis.
REPORT AND PROPOSED DECISION

complaint. The parties were married June 3, 1995 and have no minor children.
