Tam the Property Manager of Allendale Condominium Asscciation, Inc. (“Common Interest
Community"), and as such am familiar with the facts herein.
The Plaintiff in the above-entitled action is the association for the Common Interest Community
which is owed for assessments levied against CHRISTOPHER J. DWYER and is authorized to
collect same.
. Pursuant to C.G.S. 47-258 and as amended by Public Act 13-156, the Association has a statutory
lien on the Unit for any assessment attributabie to that unit or fines imposed against the Unit
Owner.
